2008 Vassago Jabberwocky rigid singlespeed 29'er
« on: April 28, 2009, 05:27:52 PM »
2008 Jabberwocky single speed 18" frame , full rigid 29'er with OTIS matching front fork.
WTB Speed disc trail rims, exiwolf tires
Stylo cranks, Surly rear Disc hub, XT front disc Hub. Ritchety post, bars. Cane creek headset
avid bb7 brakes, laser rocket saddle. $1050 pedals not included

This bike has seen the trails once. It was owned by a roadie looking to hit the trails but with any free time he would rather be on a roadie...
I was gonna keep it but its a little too small for me. retailed for $1500

What did you get for it?

Do you work at bike shop?  I am in the market for a new 29er frame.

I am a bike whore, too!  You should see the Fetish Fixation I just finished rebuilding ... Hawt!  I can't wait to ride it a bit before I sell it.  I need to thin the herd.  Also selling my Raleigh Super Course MK II, and I might even put Bidgestone and the Mongoose up for sale soon.

What I would like to find is a 29er frame in either Aluminum or Scandium to build up really light for racing.  It has to have Paragon drops so that I can go to gears at some point but I want to stay single speed for now.

Don't have any $$$ right now but hope to be selling the aforementioned bikes to afford the new frame.
