Ultra thin and breathable, baggy fit with an elastic waist but not so baggy that it catches on the seat.. they are very very comfortable.. they have become my favorite riding shorts. and they can be used with or without the padded shorts.
 negatives?? just a tad long, I like my shorts to fit just above the knee, these come down onto them, but to be honest i never noticed it while riding.
